October 2004 - Update
Again, I've fallen behind in keeping the site updated, it's getting harder and harder to do 'work' around here which doesn't directly involve hammers, pry-bars and other implements of destruction, let alone get some quiet time to spend on a PC to tap out an update or keep current with my reading. Ahh, how I look forward to the office being completed and some definate work area! more...

25/02/2002 - The Back Fence

23/12/2000 - Painting Mission #1 - The Rear/North Elevation
Paint the house - yeah three words… but, like an elephant after a dodgy curry, it's one heck of a big job!  more...

03/06/2000 - Project Queens Greens II - Insulation Installation
Well, this year Queens Birthday was cold and wet and, without 'she-who-will-not-be-named' and her Mother living with me any longer I figured that I could escape landscaping the property and decided to install some Pink Batts instead.  more...

09/12/2000 - 16/12/2000 - Replacing the back gate
The old fence had had it's days in the sun, in fact it had so many days in the sun that the only thing holding it together was a layer of crusty old paint, some well intentioned lichen and a particularly stable gravitational pull.  more...

16/10/1999 - The Inaugural Hedge Trim
The students in the flat up at 199 made the tatical blunder of partying noisely until 0400 so, after allowing the clock to tick over to 0900 so as to NOT upset the other neighbors we cranked up the hedge trimmer and went to work.  more...
